WHAT WE DO:
we ask you to describe as accurately as possible what has happened and the machine’ s errors by filling in the repair order form (available in the Terms and Conditions section). As we receive these information we comunicate you if we can helpfull for your problem and what are the options. If you decide to send at your charge the inverter, as soon we receive them, we check its functionalities in our workshop and start the necessary diagnosys and repair work.
OUR REPAIR SERVICES:
Based on diagnostic with specialized test bench, we start working. The process usually takes 15 working days and ends with a burn in complete test. The repair work is covered by a 6 month guarantee policy. Some inverter, such as the Aurora PVI 50 kw, Aurora PVI 55 kw, Aurora PVI 67 kw can be repaired with an easier way, flat rate and special warranty conditions.
